ILM Award in Coaching
About this course
Our Level 3 Award in Coaching is ideal for first line managers and team leaders, who are keen to practice coaching as a management style. Based at our City Centre campus in Cardiff, this programme will provide students with the necessary tools, knowledge and confidence to coach people effectively in the workplace. Studying in the colleges dedicated classrooms and facilities, this course will help individuals understand what it takes to become an effective coach, through the provision of a coaching model and the tools and techniques to support a coaching style. Workshops are spread over a period of time, allowing individuals to test their skills in the workplace and analyse, assess and improve their coaching ability. Overall, this qualification is the perfect grounding in coaching for any manager.

- Undertaking Good Practice in the Workplace Coaching
- Undertaking Coaching in the Workplace
- Reflecting on Workplace Coaching Skills
This training is delivered over three days in our state of the art facilities in the centre of Cardiff.
We have funding available for this course. Through Upskilling@Work, we are able to provide up to 70% funding for businesses.
