About this course

In a dynamic business world, we can each face changes and new challenges daily. Our Change Champion programme explores the various skills and processes necessary to identify, plan and implement change within an organisation. Particularly suited to project managers or individuals who have been tasked with a programme of business change, the skills developed on our Award will boost confidence and provide techniques to successfully facilitate change in an organisation. If your role involves implementing change or project management, this is an excellent introduction to help you formally develop the necessary skills and techniques to become a Change Champion.

What you will study

The programme consists of 3 delivery days and key topics include techniques for problem solving, gathering informative and qualitative data, planning and managing change.

Units include:

  • 300 Solving Problems and Making Decisions
