Judy is a fully qualified Human Resources and Management & Leadership Lecturer and the CIPD Lead Internal Quality Assessor within CAVC. Judy delivers CIPD Courses and manages the CIPD IQA process ensuring we excel at aligning our Quality Services and Systems with both CAVC and CIPD requirements. Judy is motivated by delivering excellence in both her teaching role and her IQA role and really enjoys the balance of face-to-face teaching with the detail focus required by her Quality monitoring role.
With over 30 years of experience in both the business and education sectors, Judy started in Finance and Accounts then moved on to Occupational Psychology and Management Consultancy. After practicing at Director level Judy moved to freelance Consultancy combining psychometrics, HR, OD and training & development contracts as well as enjoying long-term interim roles as a R&S Manager, OD Practitioner and Training Manager. Involved in FE and HE for the last 15+years Judy enjoys delivering inclusive and engaging teaching where her learners can achieve their goals while feeling safe, supported and appreciated and are then motivated to apply their new knowledge and understanding into their daily lives.
