Ffion Paschalis 

As part of the Business Development Team, Ffion works directly with employers, providing advice and guidance on training solutions for their organisation. Ffion focusses on supporting organisations within the Construction and Engineering sectors. 

With a background in Recruitment and Real Estate, Ffion is passionate about identifying and solving skills shortages in the workplace. She works with businesses ranging from SME’s to large international firms, and aims to build long term, strategic partnerships between the business and the College. These partnerships include developing bespoke training solutions, supporting growth strategy and meeting Corporate Social Responsibility targets.
