A key member of the Commercial Services team, Martin works closely with organisations to understand their business critical issues and how the College’s solutions can make a real difference to their organisations.

Martin is an experienced learning and development specialist and trainer with a strong track record in the development, delivery and management of learning and development initiatives. With a background in HR as well as many years of practical knowledge in professional development and management, Martin specialises in Leadership and Management, Training Needs Analysis, Programme Design, Training Delivery, Training and Learning Evaluation and Coaching. This knowledge is supported by a commitment to the empowerment, education and support of people to enable them to achieve their potential in business, career and personal development.
