A key member of the Commercial Services team, Martin works closely with organisations to understand their business critical issues and how the College’s solutions can make a real difference to their organisations.

MaryAnn leads the CAVC Business Curriculum team to deliver innovative solutions for corporate workforce development needs, finding successful outcomes for clients. In addition, MaryAnn leads the team on the design and delivery of high-quality commercial development programmes and initiatives aligned to client business objectives.

As Leadership and Management Development Coach, Steve Davis develops and delivers learning and development solutions for individuals and organisations, by working in consultation with organisations to identify learning needs, develop and deliver tailored and bespoke accredited and non-accredited courses.

Leanne leads our Business Development Team, consulting directly with employers to provide expert advice and guidance on the right training solutions to meet the dynamic and growing needs of their industry.

An experienced Commercial Business Partner within the Commercial Services Team, Chris works consultatively with organisations of all sizes to identify training needs and ensures that the solutions delivered by the College achieve a positive impact.

As part of the Business Development Team, Ffion works directly with employers, providing advice and guidance on training solutions for their organisations. Ffion focusses on supporting organisations within the Construction and Engineering industries.
