ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management

To gain your ILM Level 3 Award qualification, you will be required to attend 2 mandatory face-to-face classroom and 2 tutorials with your tutor.

Modules

This qualification consists of two core leadership modules, each supported by a flexible assessment approach to suit your learning styles.

Unit 308: Understanding Leadership
Unit 334: Understanding and developing relationships in the workplace

Assessment

For each module you will complete either a written assignment, an oral or digital presentation or oral question and answer assessment. 

You will receive guidance and ongoing support from your ILM tutor throughout your course, including during your tutorial session as well as via email, TEAMS and phone.  Self-study time is essential to help you complete your assignments and prepare for your assessment – so be sure to plan your schedule accordingly.

Once you have successfully passed both modules, you will be awarded your ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management Certificate, along with a digital credential badge to share and celebrate your achievement.

Course and Enrolment Fee payment to be made upon enrolment

To be eligible for this qualification, you must:

• be in employment in a Supervisor, Team Leader or First Line Manager role (due to the reflective nature of the qualification assignments)
• upload a 100-word Personal Statement when applying to outline your interest in obtaining this qualification
• upload evidence of your highest qualification to date e.g. GCSE or Degree Certificate

All applications, personal statements and qualification evidence will be assessed by our Course Tutors. The team will then be in touch to confirm your overall suitability for this level of ILM qualification.

Please note that we cannot process applications without a Personal Statement!
