As Learning and Development Lead, Marianne develops and delivers learning and development solutions for individuals and organisations, by working in consultation with organisation to identify learning needs, develop and deliver tailored and bespoke accredited and non-accredited courses.

Leadership and Management Development Coach

Helena Cannon

As a Leadership & Management Development Coach, Helena has responsibility for the design and delivery of bespoke learning and development solutions to meet organisational needs, alongside the delivery of accredited ILM programmes. Adept at facilitating engaging and interactive learning both online and in the classroom. Helena is focused on providing a learning environment that enables the learner to feel motivated, included and safe, encouraging a positive and developmental learning experience.

CIPD Programme Manager

Steven Green MCIPD

Steven is an MCIPD qualified Human Resources Lecturer and the CIPD Lead within CAVC. He delivers CIPD courses at level 5 and level 7 and manages operations across all levels of the programme to ensure that learners receive high quality learning that they can apply effectively within their organisations.
