Richard Gordon is the Director of Commercial Operations

Mary-Ann Hale leads the Higher Education and Professional Services team, ensuring alignment with sector priorities and institutional objectives. She collaborates with university and employer partners to advance lifelong learning, create progression pathways, and deliver innovative solutions that address corporate workforce development needs.

Leanne leads our Business Development Team, consulting directly with employers to provide expert advice and guidance on the right training solutions to meet the dynamic and growing needs of their industry.

Nathan Rogers is the Commercial Operations and Projects Manager for CAVC for Business

As part of the Business Development Team, Nick works directly with employers, providing advice and guidance on training solutions for their organisation. Nick focuses on supporting organisations within the Construction, Engineering, Aerospace and Automotive sectors.

As part of the Business Development Team, Caroline works directly with employers, providing advice and guidance on training solutions for their organisation. Caroline focusses on supporting SME’s and organisations within the financial services and Care sectors.

As Learning and Development Lead, Marianne develops and delivers learning and development solutions for individuals and organisations, by working in consultation with organisation to identify learning needs, develop and deliver tailored and bespoke accredited and non-accredited courses.

As a Leadership & Management Development Coach, Helena has responsibility for the design and delivery of bespoke learning and development solutions to meet organisational needs, alongside the delivery of accredited ILM programmes. Adept at facilitating engaging and interactive learning both online and in the classroom. Helena is focused on providing a learning environment that enables the learner to feel motivated, included and safe, encouraging a positive and developmental learning experience.

Steven is an MCIPD qualified Human Resources Lecturer and the CIPD Lead within CAVC. He delivers CIPD courses at level 5 and level 7 and manages operations across all levels of the programme to ensure that learners receive high quality learning that they can apply effectively within their organisations.
