As a Leadership & Management Development Coach, Helena has responsibility for the design and delivery of bespoke learning and development solutions to meet organisational needs, alongside the delivery of accredited ILM programmes. Adept at facilitating engaging and interactive learning both online and in the classroom. Helena is focused on providing a learning environment that enables the learner to feel motivated, included and safe, encouraging a positive and developmental learning experience.

Steven Green MCIPD
Steven is an MCIPD qualified Human Resources Lecturer and the CIPD Lead within CAVC. He delivers CIPD courses at level 5 and level 7 and manages operations across all levels of the programme to ensure that learners receive high quality learning that they can apply effectively within their organisations.

Elinor Bray (Assoc CIPD)
Elinor is an economics graduate and Level 7 qualified HR Professional delivering CIPD Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications. Elinor has15 years of industry experience living and working in an international environment for Airbus based in Newport, Munich, Paris and Toulouse. Before joining CAVC Elinor worked at the Airbus Leadership University in Toulouse as a Leadership Development Specialist: designing, developing and delivering a wide range of in-house programmes and seminars.
CIPD Lecturer & Lead IQ
Judy Hughes Assoc CIPD, FCMI, FIC
Judy is a fully qualified Human Resources and Management & Leadership Lecturer and the CIPD Lead Internal Quality Assessor within CAVC. Judy delivers CIPD Courses and manages the CIPD IQA process ensuring we excel at aligning our Quality Services and Systems with both CAVC and CIPD requirements. Judy is motivated by delivering excellence in both her teaching role and her IQA role and really enjoys the balance of face-to-face teaching with the detail focus required by her Quality monitoring role.
