MaryAnn leads the CAVC Business Curriculum team to deliver innovative solutions for corporate workforce development needs, finding successful outcomes for clients. In addition, MaryAnn leads the team on the design and delivery of high-quality commercial development programmes and initiatives aligned to client business objectives.

As the Human Resources Lecturer and CiPD programme lead, Rebecca Huws is responsible for delivering and leading the College CiPD programmes. By delivering high quality CiPD qualifications and courses, Rebecca helps individuals and businesses develop and enhance the people profession.

Employability Coach
Lisa Young
As an employability coach, Lisa facilitates and upskills delegates on key work skills, including; communication, teamwork and effectively navigating workplace problems. Lisa evaluates the needs of employers in order to create bespoke, engaging and valuable courses for a range of organisations in Wales. These courses are accredited and non-accredited in line with employer preferences.
