Delivered in partnership with industry leaders, it provides tailored mentoring by matching you with an experienced professional from your sector, alongside practical workshops designed to equip you with the skills and confidence to succeed. You will also have the opportunity to refine your pitching skills, explore potential funding routes, and develop a business plan that is ready for real-world application.
The Entrepreneurship Programme is a three-week, full-time course designed for aspiring entrepreneurs, early-stage business owners, and individuals looking to bring a business idea to life in a structured and supportive environment.
Throughout the programme, you will develop practical, in-demand skills across key areas including digital tools, finance, legislation, customer care, and business planning. Participants will also gain nationally recognised qualifications:

• AgoredCymru Level 2 Unit: Managing a Budget
The programme combines hands-on workshops, expert guest speakers, and real-world compliance training to ensure you are fully prepared to launch and manage your business. Dedicated business plan workshops will guide you through every stage of development, ensuring you leave with a clear and achievable roadmap.
A key feature of the programme is the final business plan presentation, where you will pitch your idea to a panel of industry professionals. This provides valuable feedback, the opportunity to expand your network, and potential access to further support and funding opportunities.

This course is delivered at our City Centre Campus from 9.30am – 4pm, Monday to Friday for three weeks.
