Skills for Work Academy

This programme is delivered Monday – Friday, 9.30am-4.30pm for 3 weeks.

• Communication in the Workplace
• Equality & diversity in the workplace
• Workplace finances 
• CV writing 
• Interview skills
• And more! 

Qualifications: 

• ILM Level 2 Award in Leadership and Team Skills 
• Agored Level 1 Spreadsheet

This programme is fully endorsed by several local employers and will offer networking opportunities and insights into current job vacancies and the qualities hiring managers are looking for.

All applicants will be required to complete a short initial screener and an interview as part of the application process. 

You are eligible if you:

• are aged 19 or above
• live in Wales
• are not in full time education
• can attend all programme dates.
