As the Business Curriculum Coordinator, Rachel manages the organisation and delivery of all accredited and non-accredited courses, bespoke programmes and Skills Academies that the CAVC for Business Learning & Development Team deliver.
From curriculum planning to monitoring quality assurance, Rachel plays a pivotal role in ensuring all courses run smoothly to not only meet the needs of our clients, but to support the learner’s journey from point of application all the way through to certification.
With a strong history of working in the Education sector, Rachel recognised that her skills, strengths and interests aligned more behind the scenes of the classroom and has since supported a variety of Educational Institutes in the facilitation of upskilling adults across England and Wales which led her to CAVC. Still to this day Rachel continues to utilise her knowledge and skills to support CAVC for Business growth.
