Steven is an MCIPD qualified Human Resources Lecturer and the CIPD Lead within CAVC. He delivers CIPD courses at level 5 and level 7 and manages operations across all levels of the programme to ensure that learners receive high quality learning that they can apply effectively within their organisations.
Steven has worked in a range of strategic HR and leadership development roles during the past 20 years before moving into the academic sector. Leveraging extensive, practical HR experience, Steven has led on the creation of new academic courses and continues to develop and deliver material that supports the skill and knowledge growth of people practitioners. He is passionate about individual development and leverages a range of digital tools to engage and motivate learners in the classroom.
