Steven Green MCIPD

Steven is the CIPD Programme Manager at CAVC, leading the delivery of CIPD qualifications for learners across both CAVC and ALS. He oversees the quality, delivery, assessment and internal moderation of the full CIPD programme.

Steven leads a team of experienced CIPD lecturers and assessors delivering programmes at Levels 3, 5 and 7, ensuring learners receive high-quality teaching and support throughout their studies.

A Chartered Member of the CIPD with over 20 years’ experience in HR management, Steven brings significant operational and commercial expertise to the programme. He ensures the curriculum remains relevant, up to date and aligned with the needs of employers, helping to develop HR professionals who can make a positive impact within the Cardiff and South Wales business community.
