Introduction to Coaching

This course is delivered online via Microsoft Teams from 9.30am – 12:00pm.  

In this session, we will:

• Outline the benefits of coaching within the workplace
• Explore the skills and qualities required for effective coaching
• Develop our understanding of best practice
• Discuss popular models, tools and techniques used by coaches to help their clients unlock their potential, overcome barriers, and make positive changes for the future

Part-time enrolment fee: £40.00

Course Fee: £10.00
