The ILM Level 3 Award is a nationally recognised qualification that has been designed for team leaders and first-line managers or those who wish to have a coaching role in their organisation. Learners develop their coaching knowledge, skills and understanding to enhance their ability and confidence in coaching.
The purpose of this course is to develop your understanding of support services within the context of your own organisation to ensure quality and performance standards are maintained. By understanding the process and methods used you can improve your own effectiveness in achieving results.

To gain your ILM Level 3 Award qualification, you will be required to attend 2x mandatory face-to-face classes, 1x online tutorial day and self-study to write 2x Unit Assignments (approx. 1200 words per assignment) to set deadlines.
Day 1: 30th January 2025
Day 2: 27th February 2025
Day 3: 26th March 2025
Tutorial to be scheduled directly between you and your ILM Tutor once the course has commenced.
