The ILM Level 3 Award is a nationally recognised qualification that has been designed for practising Team Leaders, Supervisors and First-line Managers who are seeking to move up to their next level of management.
This session will develop knowledge and understanding of innovation and change, along with how to identify the tools and techniques required to plan change in an organisation. Exploring the psychological impact of change on team members and developing the skills to facilitate effective change.

To gain your ILM Level 3 Award qualification, you will be required to attend 3x mandatory face-to-face day classes, 1x online Tutorial Day and Self-study to write 2x Unit Assignments (approx. 1200 words per assignment) to set deadlines.
Tutorial to be scheduled directly between you and your ILM Tutor once the course has commenced.

Course and Enrolment Fee payment to be made upon enrolment To be eligible for this qualification, you must: be in employment in a Supervisor, Team Leader or First Line Manager role or have relevant experience in one of these job roles (due to the reflective nature of the qualification assignments)
