Introduction to Project Management

This course is delivered onsite at our City Centre Campus from 9.30am – 4:00pm. 

In this interactive course we will explore:

• the key components of project management: Definition, Scoping, Planning, Implementation and Evaluating outcomes. 
• review some of the basic tools and principles at each phase
• providing a structure and tools to implement into your workplace 
• learning how to improve your ability to manage more effectively and achieving your end goals

Course Fee: £110.00

Part-time enrolment fee: £40.00

Course Fees must be paid prior to enrolment. You Must: - Be able to attend the entire day - Be willing to participate in interactive activities This course is ideal for anyone who is looking to start or progress their career in Management.
