Introduction to Project Management

This course is delivered onsite at our City Centre Campus from 9.30am – 4:00pm.

In this interactive course you will learn practical tools and techniques of project management to help lead change, launch a new process, develop a team and drive results toward a key objective. We will cover:

• The 5 essential phases of project management: Define – Scope – Plan - Implement - Evaluate
• Review some of the basic tools and principles to use at each step
• How to manage projects more efficiently – even without a formal PM background
• Strategies to stay on track, manage risks, and deliver successful outcomes

By the end of this session, you will walk away with a clear framework you can immediately apply in your workplace, boosting your confidence, improving your effectiveness, and helping you hit those end goals with impact.

• are aged 19+
• are not in full time education
• can attend the entire session
