This course is delivered onsite at our City Centre Campus from 9.30pm – 4:00pm.  

We will cover:

• Leadership and management and the differences
• Key skills and attributes of good leaders
• Leadership and vision
• Communicating and setting clear focus and direction
• Motivation, delegation, empowerment and building trust

Part-time enrolment fee: £40.00

Course Fee: £110.00

Course Fees must be paid prior to enrolment. You Must:

• Be able to attend the entire day

• Be willing to participate in interactive activities

This course is ideal for anyone who is looking to start or progress their career in Management.
