Being an Effective Leader

About this course

The nature of leadership and management comes in many forms, but it takes deeper reflection to fully understand how to be an Effective Leader.

During this one-day course, you will be given the opportunity to examine leadership styles and apply these to your own workplace. Our trainers will support you to produce an effective action plan for you and your workplace’s development – ensuring the knowledge and insights gained are transferred to your everyday working life.

What you will study

This one-day course is delivered onsite at our City Centre Campus from 9.30am – 4.30pm.

Across the day, you will build knowledge in the following areas:

Leadership styles
Emotional intelligence
Employee Motivation, Delegation and Empowerment

You will have the opportunity to apply all the above to your own workplace, creating an action plan for your own professional development under the guidance and expertise of our trainers.
