Being an Effective Leader

This course is delivered online via Microsoft Teams from 9.30am – 12:00pm.  

We will cover:

• Areas such as Leadership styles
• Emotional intelligence
• Employee Motivation, Delegation and Empowerment
• Transferable skills
• Creating an action plan for their own professional development

Part-time enrolment fee: £40.00

Course Fee: £10.00
