This course is delivered onsite at our City Centre Campus from 9.30am – 4pm.   

On this course we will look into: 

• The importance of having the correct balance of skills, attitudes, behaviours and personalities to make an effective team 
• How to understand team strengths and weaknesses 
• How you can utilise and mitigate both in individual and team situations 
• The stages of team development 
• Team roles and support  

Reflecting from some self- awareness models, Belbin’s team roles, and elements of DiSC personality traits we will better understand our team members and how we can use this knowledge to develop a high performing team.

This course is ideal for anyone who is looking to start or progress their career in Management.
