This qualification is ideal for those who are either working towards or are currently working in a Strategic HR role who wish to develop their personal effectiveness and business acumen. Learners will understand how to design and manage your own strategy, enhance people management skills – and learn how best to lead.
This course is delivered over 18 months and is worth 120 credits.
On successful completion of this qualification, individuals will receive Associate membership of CIPD, they will also have the eligibility to apply for Chartered Membership based on specified criteria.
This course is delivered onsite at our City Centre Campus every Thursday from 2.30pm – 7.30pm. Consisting of 8 units aligned to the core knowledge and behaviour standards of the CIPD Profession Map, this course gives learners more breadth and depth of knowledge while developing skills application in a strategic context:

The course will be delivered through face-to-face, classroom-based learning every week.
To obtain this qualification, you will need to submit assignments for every unit.

Alternative strategic business experience can also be considered if you have less direct HR experience. After applying, you will be asked to complete a Personal Statement Questionnaire and a Virtual Interview with the Course Tutor who will assess your suitability for this level of CIPD qualification against CIPD guidelines. If suitable, you will be awarded with an offer post-interview. Please note that course costs must be processed upon enrolment.
