Coaching Conversations

This course is delivered onsite at our City Centre Campus from 9.30pm – 4pm.  

Businesses can see an impact on performance, enjoy a collaborative workforce and develop a positive work culture when their staff feel valued and supported. This session will:

• equip you with the techniques to use coaching techniques as part of your conversations with staff. 
• explore the core skills of a coach including listening and questioning 
• give you the foundations of a coaching model to get the best out of your coaching conversations. 
• provide an opportunity to practice your newly found techniques and skills so you feel ready to apply your skills in the workplace.

Course Fee: £110.00

Part-time enrolment fee: £40.00
