Essential Management Skills

This course is delivered onsite at our City Centre Campus. 

This interactive session will explore the nature of leadership and leadership styles, we will cover effective communication within the team environment, setting clear focus and direction, managing your own and your teams time more efficiently and effectively.

Delegation and empowerment will be explored, as well as potential barriers and how to overcome them to make the best use of your people resources. Delegates will be encouraged to complete an action plan for their own professional development and explore ways to integrate these transferrable skills within the workplace.

Course Fee: £110.00

Part-time enrolment fee: £40.00

Course Fees must be paid prior to enrolment. You Must:

This course is ideal for anyone who is looking to start or progress their career in Management.
