This course has been designed for aspiring leaders and those new to leadership that are looking to improve their skills and develop a foundation of knowledge in leading with a numerical mindset! This interactive session will use a combination of theoretical insights and practical exercises to explore leadership with applied numerical principles to improve output. The morning of the session will focus on you as a leader and the afternoon will focus on managing people.

This one day course is delivered at our City Centre Campus from 9.30am – 4pm.
