As an L&D Trainer, Jay develops and delivers a range of bespoke courses to meet the needs of various organisations. These courses are a mix of accredited and non-accredited, in accordance with demand.
From someone who never really engaged with learning in compulsory education, Jay has since developed a passion for learning and development, over many years, and utilises this journey to encourage and motivate others to consider fostering their own development. Drawing upon his own experiences, Jay seeks to relate to the needs and motivators of others and help them identify solutions and opportunities for development at all levels. Jay has a depth and range of experience which includes accounts, teaching and assessing, mentoring and learning and development and seeks to use this knowledge to help others shape their own journey.
