As an L&D Trainer, Laura develops and delivers a range of bespoke courses to meet the needs of various organisations. These courses are a mix of accredited and non-accredited, in accordance with demand.
Laura worked in the Hospitality sector for several years, whilst there Laura developed workplace and soft skills as well as receiving qualifications in health and safety and food hygiene. Laura started her learning and development journey by training and developing new colleagues using her wealth of experience and skills gained in the sector to encourage, motivate, and develop others.
