Mary-Ann is a qualified coach and mentor with a wealth of experience in coaching and mentoring individuals, specifically empowering others to improve individual performance. 
Mary-Ann has a successful proven track record of working with organisations and business leaders in conducting training and learning needs analysis in order to identify and address skills gaps. Mary-Ann has managed the design and delivery of a large number of leadership and management and employability programmes for private, statutory and third sector organisations.
