As part of the Business Development Team, Nick works directly with employers, providing advice and guidance on training solutions for their organisation. Nick focuses on supporting organisations within the Construction, Engineering, Aerospace and Automotive sectors.
Nick has been part of Cardiff and Vale College for a number of years as a Careers Officer and now as a Business Development Consultant. Nick also has a background in Retail Management and Sports Coaching.
Nick is passionate about exploring skill shortages and working with businesses to help solve these shortages. Nick aims to build long term, strategic partnerships between organisations and the college. Nick is always looking at innovative ways in how he can help these partnerships develop and how these partnerships can benefit the learners at Cardiff and Vale college.
