A highly experienced Leadership and Management professional with a wide range of skills in the design and delivery of both accredited and bespoke Leadership and Management programmes at all levels. Steve is passionate and enthusiastic about Leadership and Management and Coaching and Mentoring, and enjoys developing people’s potential to the full.

As an Learning and Development Specialist, Steve has designed and delivered a wide range of Leadership and Management programmes which are ILM accredited. Steve has also delivered IOSH accredited Managing and Working Safely programmes for clients both on and off site. Steve's career-to-date spans a variety of high level management positions in Manufacturing, Leadership and Management training, and Human Resources.
